- Reporting increases and decreases in labor when any arise with the labor and insurance authority;
- Registering to amend and supplement the salary scale in accordance with law;
- Consulting and drafting labor contracts or liquidation of labor contracts, decisions on appointment and dismissal of personnel, or decisions on labor discipline, etc.;
- Completing timesheets and monthly payroll according to data provided by the Enterprise;
- Preparing and submiting forms and documents related to Compulsory Insurance (Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance) of employees working for the Enterprise in accordance with law;
- Consulting and implementing documents requesting competent authorities to pay the benefits that the Enterprise's employees are entitled to in accordance with Vietnamese law on Insurance. Notifying the Enterprise about the documents that must be submitted for employees to enjoy these benefits (not including unemployment insurance payment documents or other benefits after the employee has stopped working for the Enterprise);
- Comparing monthly and quarterly insurance payment amounts, notifying the Enterprise and updating payment information;
- Preparing and submiting labor reports to labor management authorities in accordance with law;
- Preparing and submiting personal income tax finalization documents in accordance with law.
