In Vietnam, this concept is not apparently new, but not popular yet because of a certain amount of picky subject. Customers using Private Lawyer services are often VIPs with high position, complicated social relations and strong financial potential.

On the other hand, the criteria of a private lawyer, in addition to being knowledgeable about the law, must be style, sensitivity, decisiveness and a deep understanding of other areas of life.
