GIA LUAT’s scope of works:

• Advising on tax, accounting regulations, tax policies and incentives related to investment and business activities of customers;
• Introducing optimal tax and accounting solutions for customer's expected transactions;
• Preparing documents and represent customers to carry out procedures for tax declaration, tax incentives, tax exemption, tax refund;
• Checking invoices and documents; accounting of arising economic operations;
• Preparing and submitting tax declaration, financial statement, reporting on the use of invoice to comply with laws;
• Informing customers for payable tax (if any) and deadline of tax payment;
• Completing accounting books in accordance with laws;
• Advising and representing customers to work with taxation authorities to solve arising issues;
• Other jobs depend on the actual profile of customer or as requested by customers.

We commit:

• Responsible for implementing fully and legally scope of works under service contract signed with the customer;
• Responsible for all declarations and reports conducted by GIA LUAT on the basis of data, invoices and valid documents provided by customers, including liability for fines for administrative violations arising due to GIA LUAT error;
• Responsible for explanation when competent authorities request for data and tax – accounting dossiers conducted by GIA LUAT;
• Keeping confidential for information and documents provided by customers.
