Alcohol business License

Alcohol is a food alcoholic beverage, produced by fermentation from one or a mixture of ingredients mainly including starch of cereals, sugar syrup of plants, flowers, tubers, fruits, or beverages prepared from food alcohol. Alcohol does not include Beer of all kinds; Fermented fruit juices of all kinds with an alcohol content of less than 5% by volume.

Conditions for wholesale alcohol:

• Having an alcohol wholesale system in the province or central cities where the enterprise is headquartered with at least 01 alcohol retailer. In case enterprise establishes a branch or business location outside the head office to sell alcohol, confirmation from the alcohol retailer is not required;
• Having a referral or principal contract of an alcohol producer, alcohol distributor or other alcohol wholesaler.

Conditions for alcohol retail:

• Being an enterprise, cooperative, cooperative union, or business household established in accordance with law law;
• Having the legal right to use a fixed business location with a clear address;
• Having a referral or principal contract of an alcohol producer, alcohol distributor or alcohol wholesaler.

Conditions for selling alcohol for on-site consumption:

• Being an enterprise, cooperative, cooperative union, or business household established in accordance with law;
• Having the legal right to use a fixed business location with a clear address;
• Having a referral or principal contract of an alcohol producer, alcohol distributor or alcohol wholesaler;
• In case a trader produces alcohol themselves for selling on-site consumption, they must have a License for industrial alcohol production or a License for manual alcohol production for business purposes in accordance with law.
