• The placement of advertising boards and banners must comply with regulations on historical and cultural relic protection areas; traffic safety corridors, dykes, national power grid; Do not obscure traffic signals or public signs; must not be strung across traffic roads and must comply with local advertising planning and technical regulations issued by competent authorities;
• Advertising products displayed on billboards and banners must clearly state the name and address of the implementer;
• Organizations or individuals wishing to advertise on billboards and banners must submit advertising product notification documents to the local advertising authority 15 days before advertising;
• The time limit for hanging banners is no more than 15 days.
