License of eligibility for karaoke service business

Karaoke service is a service that provides sound, lighting, music, lyrics, and images displayed on the screen (or similar form) for singing activities.

Conditions for karaoke service business:

• Karaoke service establishments must be established in accordance with law and only operate when granted a License of eligibility for karaoke service business and ensure the conditions of fire and explosion prevention, security, order and labor safety, and environmental protection;
• The theater room must have a usable area of 20 m2 or more, excluding auxiliary works;
• Do not place door latches inside the theater room or place alarm devices (except fire alarm devices);
• Not allowed to operate from 00:00 a.m. to 08:00 a.m;
• Ensure the image matches the lyrics shown on the screen (or similar form) and the culture, ethics, and fine customs of the Vietnamese people;
• Comply with regulations on alcohol and tobacco business; copyright; labor contract - insurance; Food hygiene and safety (if any).

• Consulting on regulations related to procedures for applying for a License of eligibility for karaoke service business;
• Guiding Valued customers to prepare necessary documents and records;
• Checking the documents provided by Valued customers;
• Preparing documents;
• Representing Valued customers to submit documents to the competent authority;
• Following up and explaining documents as requested by competent authorities (if any);
• Together with Valued Customers to work with the appraisal team;
• Representing Valued Customers to receive results.
