Procedures for obtaining a License for life skills education activities (domestic capital)

Life skills education activities are educational activities that help learners form and develop positive and healthy habits, behaviors, and attitudes in dealing with personal life situations and participating in life skills, and social life, thereby perfecting personality and orienting better self-development based on life values.

According to the applicable law, to operate life skills education, enterprises need to meet the following conditions:

+ Regarding facilities: Having classrooms and function rooms with enough light, ensuring school hygiene requirements in accordance with law; Teaching equipment must ensure safety and be suitable for teaching content, activities and the psychology of learners' ages.

+ Regarding teachers, reporters, and coaches: Having adequate health conditions; good moral qualities; Not being disciplined from a warning or higher, not being prosecuted for criminal liability; and obtaining a pedagogical certificate; knowledgeable in related life skills areas or educational activities.

+ Regarding textbooks and documents: Having enough textbooks and documents issued or approved by the Ministry of Education and Training. If textbooks and materials are self-selected or self-developed, they must be approved by the competent authority; ensuring requirements, having content consistent with Vietnamese traditions and customs, and not contrary to the provisions of law.
